PCB Droid Recent Changes
In the last couple of months things were busy at the PCB Droid headquarter. We took part in DesignCon, which was our biggest achievement since we launched our application. DesignCon is the major electronics-themed conference in Silicon Valley. The team had an amazing experience there and is looking forward to next year’s exhibition.
After we got back from the conference the team continued working to provide the best PCB designer tool in mobile environment for you. Several changes were made to PCB Droid. Let’s start with the Android version of the application.
In April we released the 3.5.0 version. The main changes include new area and track handling and an all-new project trash folder. You can effortlessly modify or extend the selected items with drag gestures. If you have unused projects, simply put them into the project trash folder. These will be automatically deleted after 15 days, but don’t worry, before this period expires you can restore the project to the active ones, if you wish to continue designing it. With that version also came an improved performance and library fixes.
Other major updates coming soon.
